1. 規約の承諾

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy (available on this site). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. サービスの内容

MineMemesAI provides a non-custodial interface to interact with the Solana blockchain. Depending on the features you use, this may include creating SPL tokens, optional pre-market or bonding-curve related flows, configuring and launching liquidity pools through third-party decentralized protocols (for example Raydium or similar), LP lock tooling, market or discovery views, promotion or resource pages, and optional AI-assisted tools for names, descriptions, logos, or marketing copy.

The Service does not custody your assets or private keys. Transactions are proposed in the app and must be explicitly approved in your own Solana-compatible wallet. We do not auto-sign transactions or withdraw funds on your behalf.

Features may change, be added, or be discontinued. Some flows depend on third-party programs, RPC endpoints, and network conditions that we do not control.

3. 利用資格とお客様の責任

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law (including trade sanctions or export rules where they apply to you). You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet, seed phrase, and devices; we cannot recover lost keys or funds
• Compliance with laws and regulations that apply to you (including securities, commodities, tax, marketing, and sanctions laws) in connection with any token, pool, or promotion
• The content, legality, and risks of any token or project you create or interact with through the Service
• Reviewing every transaction preview, simulation, and wallet prompt before you sign; blockchain transactions are often irreversible
• Any taxes or reporting obligations arising from your activity

4. 禁止される利用

You agree not to use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, or to interfere with the Service or other users. Without limitation, you must not:

• Use the Service in connection with fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorism financing
• Deploy malware, scrape or overload our systems in a way that harms availability, or attempt to bypass security or rate limits
• Misrepresent affiliation with MineMemesAI or any project, or impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable sanctions or export control rules

5. 手数料とオンチェーンコスト

Using Solana and third-party protocols involves network fees, account rent, and protocol fees charged by validators and smart contracts—not by us as a flat subscription unless clearly stated in the product. The app may display estimates before you confirm a transaction; estimates are for convenience only and are not guarantees of final cost or success.

You are responsible for sufficient SOL (or other required assets) in your wallet to complete transactions. Failed transactions may still incur network fees.

6. AI 機能と出力

Some features may use artificial intelligence or automated suggestions (for example token names, descriptions, logos, or copy). Outputs are generated for convenience and creativity only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your jurisdiction or use case.

You must review and edit any AI-assisted content before use. AI outputs are not financial, legal, or investment advice and do not replace your own diligence or professional counsel. You are responsible for compliance of any content you publish or apply on-chain.

7. 専門的助言ではありません

Nothing in the Service or these Terms is financial, investment, tax, securities, or legal advice. Token launches and DeFi activity involve substantial risk. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions with legal or financial consequences.

8. 第三者サービス

The Service links to or relies on third parties including wallet extensions, Solana RPC providers, block explorers, decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, analytics sites, and social or messaging platforms. Your use of those services is governed solely by their terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party software, smart contracts, pricing, liquidity, or availability.

9. 免責事項；責任の制限；補償

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MINEMEMESAI, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR TOKENS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, BLOCKCHAIN NETWORKS, OR THIRD-PARTY PROTOCOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN FEES SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY SUCH FEES EXIST AND ARE SEPARATELY IDENTIFIED), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MineMemesAI and its operators, affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your tokens or projects, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

10. 本規約の変更

We may modify these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or best practices. We will update the "Last updated" date when we do. If a change is material, we may provide additional notice (for example a banner or notice in the app) where practicable. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
