1. 本ポリシーの適用範囲

This policy applies to information processed through the Service in the browser. It does not govern third-party websites, wallet extensions, block explorers, decentralized exchanges, or other services you may open from links in the app—those services have their own policies.

2. 非カストディアルサービス

MineMemesAI is a non-custodial interface. We do not custody your digital assets, and we do not have access to your wallet’s private keys or seed phrase. When you connect a Solana-compatible wallet, you approve transactions in your own wallet software; we cannot sign transactions on your behalf or withdraw funds from your wallet.

To propose on-chain actions, the app communicates with Solana RPC endpoints and smart contracts. Your public wallet address is used as needed to build transactions and display balances; it is not a secret, but it can be personal data in some jurisdictions when combined with other records.

3. 収集する可能性のある情報

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

• Technical and usage data: such as pages or screens viewed, general interactions, browser or device type, referrer, and diagnostics to operate and improve the Service. If we use analytics or error-reporting tools, those providers may process IP address or similar identifiers according to their policies.
• Approximate location: country or region inferred from IP address for aggregate analytics or abuse prevention. We do not use the Service to track your precise real-time location.
• Wallet public addresses: when you connect a wallet, your public address is used in-app and may appear in requests to RPC providers, indexing services, or logs operated by us or our vendors as needed to provide features (e.g. balances, transaction submission).
• Optional AI-assisted features: if you use optional tools that generate names, descriptions, logos, marketing copy, or similar content, the text or parameters you enter may be sent to third-party AI or model providers to produce outputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed by those systems. Retention and use by those providers are subject to their terms; we configure integrations to support the feature, not to sell your chats.
• Communications: if you email us (including at the address shown in the footer), we process your email address and message content to respond and to maintain support records.

We use the information described above to provide, secure, and improve the Service; to understand how the product is used in aggregate; to detect abuse or technical issues; to respond to your inquiries; and to comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with service providers that host the site, route traffic, provide analytics, or support AI integrations, solely as needed to operate the Service, and we require appropriate confidentiality and security measures where feasible.

Transactions you sign (for example token creation, curve initialization, liquidity pools, LP lock, or transfers) are recorded on public Solana ledgers. On-chain data is typically public, permanent, and outside our control. Block explorers, indexers, and other third parties may copy or display that data.

The Service also relies on third-party protocols (such as decentralized exchanges or liquidity programs), RPC providers, and wallet extensions. Their collection and use of data are governed solely by their own terms and privacy notices.

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for session state, language or theme preferences, feature flags, or analytics. You can control many cookies through your browser settings; blocking some storage may limit certain features.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate business needs such as security logs or dispute resolution.

8. お客様の権利と選択

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal data, or to object to processing or to data portability. Because much activity is wallet-based and on-chain, we may need your cooperation (for example wallet address and reasonable proof of identity) to locate relevant records.

The Service is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.

9. 本ポリシーの変更

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our practices. We will revise the “Last updated” date when we do. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
